CiiRUS Onboarding User Guide

Welcome to the CiiRUS Onboarding and Training Program! This space is designed for new users with little to no experience using the CiiRUS Vacation Rental Software. This space will serve as an instrument of instruction that facilitates the onboarding program. The goal of this space is to give a broad overview of the main functions of the software as well as provide some industry tips and suggestions.

Training is a hybrid of Webinar Recordings, plus one-on-one Q&A Sessions.

After training sessions, homework is assigned in order for the upcoming training session to be understandable and successful.

CiiRUS recognizes that the information in this space and our User Documentation is not going to solve every problem you may face. After completion of the training program, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Technical Support Desk by submitting a ticket or giving us a call at our offices. Our Support Desk strives to provide the best customer service and answers every ticket within 24 hours.

Please reference the webinars located in the panel to the left to begin your training. The webinars cover all aspects of CiiRUS and are broken up into ten one-hour sessions.

In addition to the Windows Application, we also have CiiRUS One - the online version of the system! This is great if you are out on the field and need to access the system from your phone or tablet.

CiiRUS One is also great for our MAC users as there is no need to download anything.
